Mar-flex Quick Seal is a seamless modified polymer waterproofing membrane and serves as an affordable upgrade from entry level waterproofing.

Mar-flex 5000 is a proven fortified elastomeric membrane that can be applied over almost any clean, dry, sound substrate. Its permanent elasticity allows it to move with the structure and it will not become brittle, evaporate, lose its flexibility or its waterproofing ability. It resists freeze-thaw cycles and testing shows that it outlasts conventional protection methods.

Shockwave Board is offered in three sizes; ½” , 1” and 2”.

We offer Mar-Flex Shockwave Board. It is a complete drainage and insulation system for basements, with products that channel water to footing drain/weep tile, protect waterproofing membranes during backfill and divert water from grade to the footer drainage system. Pure-state-of-the-art technology, Shockwave is constructed of environmentally green closed-cell foam that acts as a powerful shock absorber. The board’s CRM (crush-resistant memory) feature ensures that the wall and membrane are not damaged during backfill, allowing the board to “bounce back” to its original configuration. Shockwave combines R-Value and drainage throughput into one easy-to-handle product – and it can be used in any geographical area with excellent results.
